Mary Dwyer is a long-time student of Fr. Thomas Keating and has been practicing Centering Prayer since the 1980s. In the early 1990s, she lived with David Frenette and Mary Mrozowski at Chrysalis House, a contemplative retreat center and live-in community blessed by Fr. Thomas. Mary is currently in private practice as a LCSW in Erie, PA. She has been a central, guiding presence in Contemplative Outreach, Ltd. as a leader and teacher, for decades. She offers retreats and workshops on behalf of Contemplative Outreach throughout the U.S. and internationally. Because of her wisdom, experience and many gifts, David is excited to co-teach again with her on this new 5-day Centering Prayer Retreat, inspired by the creativity of Chrysalis House and shaped by the mature experience of Contemplative Outreach.
