Click the image above to enjoy nearly 95 minutes of this experience with David. Radiance, hope, anticipation . . . Advent promises a quiet, heartening light. Nestled within the sheltering darkness of our times is the divine ground of being, the source of an unreasonable joy and unity that embraces the brokenness of this world. This Advent, come spend time together to listen for joy and hope.

Learn how to anchor yourself in your body, mind, heart and your being, amidst activity, during sitting practice, and in preparation for potential crises.
Video and audio guided meditations, along with written guidance, will be used to facilitate the living experience of Heart Intention.
An Introduction to Heart Intention & the Jesus Prayer [New Online Resource]
An online introduction to Heart Intention, using the Jesus Prayer:
Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on us, Son of the Living God, Amen
Heart Intention’s primary inspiration in the Christian Contemplative tradition is the Jesus Prayer of the Heart. This online resource shares that practice, especially as it opens us to the life of unity and unity consciousness. The nature of God, the Trinity and pure awareness, mind, heart and being will be explored as relating to contemplative prayer, and opened to us in Heart Intention practice with the Jesus Prayer. Video and audio guided meditations, along with written guidance, will be used to facilitate the living experience of Heart Intention.
